DO YOU TRAIN IN MY AREA?

I train clients in Manhattan and Jersey City. I also train clients virtually via Zoom and FaceTime.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

  4. Free weights: Dumbbells and barbells are a versatile and cost-effective way to strength train at home.
